CONVERSATION BOOTCAMP

Program Overview

This program includes a series of 2-hour workshops focused on improving listening & speaking skills when interacting with English speakers in various communicative contexts. The workshops will cover 3 main thematic blocks:

  • Community

  • Customer service

  • Workplace

Some examples of the workshop topics from the 'Community’ thematic block:

- Complaining to a landlord/landlady

- Participating in a parent meeting

- Cancelling/rescheduling appointments

Some examples of the workshop topics from the ‘Customer Service’ and ‘Workplace’ thematic blocks:

- Resolving issues with payroll

-Responding to manager’s requests

- Making suggestions during team meetings
